Refund policy

All BERDi digital gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credited back to your card, or cancelled for any reason.

All gift vouchers are delivered digitally and can only be redeemed in-salon at BERDi for services and retail products. They cannot be used online.

Please note that lost or accidentally deleted vouchers can be reissued by contacting us (contactus@berdi.com.au), provided you can verify your original purchase details.
